ACCIDENTS & FIRST AID

While our foremost aim is to foster a secure environment, we are fully equipped to respond promptly and effectively in the unlikely event of an accident or emergency.

Should you witness or be involved in an incident during your visit, we urge you to promptly notify the nearest MOXC Representative. It is imperative that emergency personnel are able to swiftly and unhinderedly address the situation to ensure the best possible outcome.

Your health and safety are of paramount importance to us. We kindly request all attendees to acquaint themselves with the first aid station's location upon arrival. Conveniently situated near Registration, our dedicated first aid station is equipped to provide:

  • Immediate Care: Trained medical personnel are on hand to offer prompt assistance and support.

  • Essential Supplies: The station is stocked with vital medical resources to address minor injuries and administer initial treatment.

  • Emergency Preparedness: In the event of a serious medical situation, our staff is poised to orchestrate emergency response protocols and, if necessary, liaise with local medical services.

Your cooperation in upholding a safe environment and facilitating the efficient execution of first responders' duties is deeply appreciated.

ALCHOHOL & FAN CONDUCT

Should you choose to consume alcohol during your visit, we kindly request that you do so responsibly and with due consideration for your fellow fans and racers.

MOXC reserves the right to remove any individual from the premises for any reason, including, but not limited to:

  • Public Intoxication

  • Disruptive Behavior

  • Endangerment of Oneself or Others

  • Damage to Property

 

Furthermore, we are committed to maintaining a family-friendly and respectful environment for all attendees. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • Offensive Signs: The display of signs or banners containing offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate language or imagery.

  • Public Intoxication: Excessive alcohol consumption resulting in disruptive behavior, loss of control, or endangerment of oneself or others.

  • Profanity: The use of foul or abusive language directed at attendees, staff, or participants.

 

Violations of these conduct guidelines may result in immediate removal from the event without refund, and, if deemed necessary, involvement of local authorities. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in helping us foster a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

In instances where behavior is deemed unlawful or poses a risk to safety, MOXC will not hesitate to contact local authorities to address the situation appropriately. Your cooperation in adhering to this policy is sincerely appreciated.

PIT RIDING & SPECIAL NEEDS CASES

We enforce the following guidelines regarding the operation of pit vehicles:

  • Restricted Access: Fans are strictly prohibited from operating pit vehicles without a valid pass. This includes but is not limited to, motorcycles, scooters, mopeds, ATVs, side-by-sides (SxS), and golf carts.

  • Consequences for Violation: Any individual found operating a pit vehicle without the necessary pass will face repercussions, including the loss of riding privileges and/or potential racer disqualification.

  • Helmet Requirement: For the safety of our younger attendees, individuals under the age of 18 must wear a helmet at all times while operating or riding on a pit vehicle.

  • Staff Operations: Only authorized MOXC staff members and racers are permitted to operate motorized vehicles during events.

 

If you require special accommodations, you may apply for a Special Needs Permit at registration. This permit grants permission for motorized vehicle operation within the pit area only.

 

Please take note of the following conditions:

  • Restricted Areas: Vehicles with Special Needs Permits are strictly limited to the pit area. Access to the woods, track, or trails is not permitted.

  • Application Process: Permits can be obtained at the registration location. Please ensure you have any necessary documentation to support your application.

 

We deeply appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines, which are designed to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees. Thank you for your commitment to maintaining a safe and orderly environment for everyone.

LOST & FOUND

To assist in reuniting attendees with their lost items, we have established a Lost & Found process:

  • Submission Location: Lost and found articles should be promptly submitted to the Registration area.

  • Retention Period: All items will be diligently held for a period of 30 days from the date they are received.

  • Claim Process: To reclaim a lost item, the claimant must provide an accurate description of the item in question. Once the description matches the lost item, it will be returned to the rightful owner.

We encourage attendees to check with Registration if they have misplaced any belongings during their visit. Our team is dedicated to facilitating the return of lost items to their owners in a timely and efficient manner. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

PARKING

Parking arrangements at MOXC events are designed to ensure the smooth flow of traffic and the safety of all attendees. Please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Free Parking: We are pleased to offer complimentary parking at all MOXC events for the convenience of our attendees.

  • Prohibited Areas: For safety reasons, parking on or near the race track or any roadways is strictly prohibited. This ensures unimpeded access for emergency vehicles and maintains a clear path for race participants.

  • Traffic Flow: Please refrain from blocking any traffic lanes in the pits. Keeping these areas clear allows for efficient movement of vehicles and personnel throughout the event.

 

Your cooperation in observing these parking guidelines is greatly appreciated. By doing so, you contribute to the overall safety and enjoyment of the event for everyone involved. Thank you for your understanding and assistance in maintaining a well-organized parking environment.

PETS

We kindly ask that you adhere to our pet policy to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees:

  • Leash Requirement: For the safety of your pet and others, all pets must be kept on a leash at all times while on the event premises.

  • Waste Management: As a responsible pet owner, you are required to promptly clean up after your pet. Please ensure that any waste is properly disposed of in designated receptacles.

  • Behavior Expectations: While we cherish the presence of well-behaved pets, unruly, obnoxious, or aggressive animals will not be tolerated. Should your pet display any such behavior, you will be asked to remove them from the event grounds.

 

We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines, which are intended to create a harmonious environment for all attendees, both human and furry alike. Thank you for being a responsible pet owner and for contributing to the success of our events.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

MOXC enforces strict guidelines regarding prohibited items. Please be aware of the following regulations:

  • Search Policy: All vehicles, containers, bags, backpacks, and similar items are subject to search by MOXC staff at any time to ensure compliance with event rules and regulations.

  • List of Prohibited Items: The following items are strictly prohibited from being brought onto the event premises:

    • Fireworks

    • Drones

    • Glass containers of any type

    • Illegal substances

    • Laser pointers

    • Projectiles of any type

    • Illegal weapons

    • Any item deemed a safety hazard to fans or racers by MOXC staff

  • Confiscation and Disposal: Prohibited items discovered during inspections may be confiscated, returned to the owner's vehicle, or discarded at the discretion of MOXC staff. Illegal items will be confiscated and turned over to local authorities for further action.

  • No Storage at Front Gate: Please note that no items may be left at the front gate. Attendees are responsible for the immediate removal or disposal of any prohibited items.

 

Your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines is essential in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with these regulations. Thank you for helping us ensure the safety and well-being of everyone at our events.

RE-ENTRY

At MOXC events, we understand that attendees may need to exit and re-enter the venue for various reasons. To facilitate this process smoothly, please be aware of our re-entry policy:

  • Permission for Re-Entry: Fans are permitted to exit and re-enter the venue as needed throughout the duration of the event.

  • Wristband Requirement: To gain re-entry, you must present your wristband to event staff at the entrance. Your wristband serves as proof of admission and allows for seamless re-entry into the venue.

 

We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our re-entry policy. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy, please do not hesitate to approach our event staff for assistance. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope you enjoy the rest of the event!

SECURITY

To ensure a secure environment for all attendees, we have dedicated security measures in place:

  • On-Site Staff: Trained MOXC staff members are stationed throughout the event venue to assist you with any concerns or inquiries.

  • Prompt Assistance: If you require assistance of any kind, please notify the nearest event staff member. They will promptly coordinate with the appropriate personnel or authority to address your needs.

  • Emergency Response: In the event of an emergency, our staff is equipped to quickly and efficiently respond to any situation, ensuring the safety of all attendees.
